STFC Statement On Rovers Share
Swindon Town F.C have released the following statement in regards to a potential groundshare with Bristol Rovers whilst their stadium is redeveloped.
Statement From Swindon Town F.C
The Club would like to confirm to it's supporters that it has been in discussions with Bristol Rovers with regard to a temporary groundshare. However, no decision will be made without appropriate consultation.
The club have met on several occasions with representatives from Bristol Rovers and discussions are ongoing.
Meanwhile, the club has been in contact with Swindon Borough Council and the Police and there are also plans to commence consultation with the local community and the fans from early next week.
