Swindon Players Given Media Ban

Swindon Town boss Paul Sturrock has told his Swindon Town players 'keep your mouths shut' as he places a media ban on the squad.

Sturrock has told all media outlets that none of his squad will be available for interviews in the lead up to Town`s crucial match with Walsall on Saturday.

Sturrock wants to ensure that his players minds are focused purely on matters on the pitch and that they are not distracted or become more nervous about the match Saturday.

Sturrock has also told his players not read any newspapers, watch TV or listen to any radio stations that may be covering the clubs progress in the build up to the big match.

Sturrock has gotten teams promoted in the past. I have every faith in him.
