We Don't Want Rovers In Swindon

Swindon Town fans have made their voice clear, 'we don't want rovers here'. Over 86% of fans were either against, or strongly against a groundshare with Bristol Rovers a recent TrustSTFC survey shows.

Both games between the 2 clubs this season saw violence and damage to property around both stadiums.

Last month a group of thugs attacked Swindon fans who were enjoying a quiet drink in the Inn On The Green Pub which resulted in atleast 2 people being taken to hospital.

Bristol Rovers hooligans also had a 45 minute showdown with Riot police after beating Lincoln City in the first leg of the League 2 Playoff's on Saturday.

The main concern for fans was the potential for violence between the two sets of fans.

The board will probably go ahead with it especially if they know that stfc fans are against the ground share.

Some of their so called supporters seem to suffer from the 'Life on Mars ' syndrome and are back in the 70's with this hooligan problem - we don't want it at Swindon thank you.
