A message to all media outlets and people e-mailing Vital Swindon Town seeking comment on the news that Bill Power ready to sue the club.

Vital Swindon Town or it`s staff will not comment personally on the current events surrounding the football club. This site will only report the fact in regards to political situations.

We will refuse any comment about the potential legal action by Bill Power, the CVA or any other political subject.

We are happy to report the facts that are already out in the media however we will not be posting statements from the football club or the Trust/Fans Consortium should a series of statements between the two take place.

The only time we will post anything political is if a big news story breaks, ie. An NDA is signed between the Fans consortium and the club or like the news today from Bill Power.

Any political debate can be posted amongst fans on our fans forum.
