Nicholas Signing For Stockport?

Vital Stockport County are reporting that defender Andy Nicholas is set to leave the County Ground for Edgeley Park.

Nicholas began his career at Liverpool as a trainee, before signing for Swindon on a free after he was released by Liverpool.

Nicholas is Swindon`s longest serving player at the moment.

We at Vital Swindon Town understood that Nicholas was discussing a new deal with Swindon after having a good season last season however it appears that Nicholas could be looking to move closer to home.

Having gained promotion back to League One and being an consistent player many fans would have assumed that Nicholas would be looking to play at the highest level possible.
