Pook Set To Sign New Contract
Swindon born midfielder Michael Pook who came up through Swindon's centre of excellence is set to sign a new deal at the County Ground.
Pook who had been on holiday recently scored 2 goals for Swindon last season
Pook started 32 games for Paul Sturrock`s promotion winning side last year and made 4 appearances as a substitute.
Pook and Sturrock had been negotiating a new deal over the past few weeks but due to both sides being on holiday no deal could be reached.
The Swindon Advertiser is reporting that Pook along with fellow free agent, Andy Nicholas will both sign new deals at the County Ground today.
