Boss Paul Sturrock played a different 11 for each half last night at Swindon Supermarine, with 2 trailist strikers playing a half each.
Goals from Christian Roberts, Blair Sturrock, 2 from trailist Guima, Alex Rigley and Jake Hyde sealed the win.
Town were 2-0 up at half time, 1st half team: P.Smith, J.Smith, Ifil, Aljofree, Vincent, Roberts, Easton, Peacock, Zaaboub, Sturrock, Arrieta (trailist)
2nd half team: Brezovan, Comminges, Blackburn, Evans, Nicholas, Macklin, Allen, Pook, Rigley, Hyde, Guima (trailist).
Paul Sturrock was 'reasonably happy' with what he saw.
'Blackburn and Comminges looked very solid, Miguel (Comminges) give us some vitality and freshness down the right hand side in the second half and he looks like he could be a very good player for us.
Sturrock added 'there were trailists on display, one of them scored 2 goals but looked very naive and raw in his play, but there still could be something to work with.
Both will get another chance to impress on Wednesday night at Cirencester.
