Swindon Hire Oxford Fitness Coach

Swindon Hire Oxford Fitness Coach

Swindon Town have hired fitness coach Jordan Milsom from Non League minnows Oxford United.

Milsom who becomes the second former Oxford link to come to Swindon over the last couple of months decided the lure of working for a Football League club was too much.

Oxford United manager Jim Smith said he was dissapointed to lose his fitness coach but understand that working with a Football League club was too good an offer to turn down.

'We're disappointed to lose him, obviously, but I can understand his reasons. He's ambitious, they're two leagues higher and they've offered him a lot more money.

Milsom was likely brought to the club by Football Director Rufus Brevett who worked with Milsom at Oxford United last season prior to his retirement.
