Swindon V Burton Albion/Barnet

Swindon Town have drawn Burton Albion or Barnet in the third round of the FA Cup sponsored by E.ON. The match will take place on the weekend of 5th/6th January 2008.

Town's home fixture with Huddersfield Town will be re-scheduled.

Swindon Town beat Forest Green Rovers 3-2 in a thrilling encounter at the County Ground Saturday to ensure their name was in the hat for the 3rd round.

The draw for the Third Round Proper was televised live on BBC1 from Soho Square at 3.10pm after Harrogate Railway`s match with Mansfield Town.

Not a great draw in terms of cash but a great chance to progress then getting a bigger club.
