Devlin Reveals Ticket Initiatives

Swindon Town Deputy Chariman Mark Devlin has revealed the upcoming ticket initiatives, and a new internet ticket booking service.

The first incentive will be a repeat of the successful school's day which took place earlier this year vs Barnsley. Let's hope the result on the pitch is a good one this time. This will take place on Saturday 25th March vs Chesterfield. Local School's will recieve free tickets to sell on for 5.00, with the school keeping the profits of the sales. Last time school's raised over 700.00 which can be used on books or anything else the school requires.

The second incentive will be a repeat of the Blackpool scheme that was put into place before christmas to increase the gate. This will take place vs Milton Keynes Dons on Saturday 15th April. Fans got into the Nationwide and Arkells stands for 15.00, The Town End for 10.00 and Kids for a 1.00. Kids under 7 get in FREE.

Devlin also revealed that the club are looking to impliment a online ticketing service so fans can book from the comfort of their own home as opposed to having to call up the Swindon Town ticket office. This should also allow fan's to be able to book tickets outside of normal ticket office opening hours.
