Arrieta Set To Leave Swindon

Swindon Town striker Ibon Arrieta looks to be heading to Beira-Mar ending his 6 month stay at the County Ground.

The Swindon Advertiser reports that Arrieta will be heading to the Spanish side when the transfer window opens.

Arrieta was brought to the County Ground by BEST Holdings when they attempted to take over the club.

Arrieta was frozen out after the BEST deal fell through and was left to rot in the reserves.

Arrieta featured for Town in the Wiltshire Shield and scored a goal 2 weeks ago however he has been nowhere near the first team since August.
