Swindon Town Team News

Vital Swindon Town brings you the latest team news prior to Town's FA Cup clash against Barnet at the County Ground this afternoon.

Town will likley pair Billy Paynter and Blair Sturrock up front after Simon Cox returned to Reading after an impressive loan spell and Barry Corr serves a 3 game suspension after seeing red in Town's 1-1 thriller against Swansea City.

Christian Roberts could return to the team after being out of action with a knee injury for several weeks.

Phil Smith is still out as he recovers from his hernia operation.

Lee Peacock and Craig Easton who both left Town's match against Swansea with injuries should be in contention to play this match.

The last time Swindon played Barnet was at Barnet last season and lost 1-0 in a poor game for Swindon despite over half the crowd being Swindon Town fans.

With the enforced changes be good to see how they cope. Billy P has his chance to prove a point, I can't quite weigh him up.
