That picture doesn't do a lot for him. I think its a puzzling choice and believe Paul Sturrock is behind this, I think Paul is AF's mentor.

Don't know enough to pass judgment. Though if he's as good as Fitton makes out he should be decent. Difficult to compare managing in the SPL to league 1
