Malpas Watches Swindon Reserves

Maurice Malpas watched Swindon Town's reserves crash to a 2-0 defeat to Plymouth Argyle reserves this afternoon.

Malpas will be named manager once the takeover of the club goes through hopefully this week replacing Paul Sturrock who was also at the reserves match this afternoon to watch Argyle and catch up with old friends.

Malpas has got poor reviews from Motherwell fans and we will bring more of their reaction over the coming days.

We at Vital Swindon Town are prepared to take Andrew Fitton's advice and trust him on his managerial hiring.

David Byrne has confirmed that Maurice Malpas has taken his short list of players and will consider this over the coming days.

We could have held out for a week and done a transfer deal of Ben Tozer for Big Sam
