Swindon Town make the long journey to Victoria Park to take on Hartlepool United in Coca Cola League One action.
Town head into the game 17th in League One after losing 2-1 to Millwall at the County Ground on Sunday.
'I don't feel under pressure at all,' he admitted. 'I speak to the chairman constantly and get on well with him, and don't have any problems with that.
'The directors have been great with me and have given me whatever I want. We've had plenty of discussions about tons of things and they've never once said to me you'd better get this lifted or you'll be out'.
Swindon Town Manager Maurice Malpas
Hartlepool currently sit 12th in the League One table.
Kevin Kyle who joined The Pools from Coventry City on loan will go straight into the team.
Former Swindon Town target Willie Boland will miss the match through a knee injury, whilst Ben Clark could feature after recovering from an ankle injury and playing in a reserve match earlier in the week.
The former Manchester United youngster was a target for Swindon in the Summer and will be looking to go one over The Robins to show the fans just what they missed out on.
Town will be without Hasney Aljofree who is suffering from a virus and Jamie Vincent who is recovering from an operation.
Barry Corr could be set to return to the fold after making it through Town's 1-0 reserve match loss to Swansea.
Jerel Ifil could be set to start at centre back filling in for the injured Aljofree.
Patrick Kanyuka could be on the bench as a defensive back-up as well as Yinka Casal.
Jerel has missed the last 2 games after being dropped. Ifil will be out to make a statement and reclaim his place in the team.
Swindon Town have a 9-7-4 record against Hartlepool United in all competitions. Swindon did not lose to Hartlepool at all last season. Town drew 1-1 with The Pools in the away fixture whilst goals from Simon Cox and Barry Corr at the County Ground gave Swindon a 2-1 home win.
Swindon Town have to get a result to relieve some of the pressure on Town boss Maurice Malpas. Town have not done too bad on their travels this season so we will say a 1-1 draw which would be a good result.
