Swindon Town welcome Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur to the County Ground this evening for our premier friendly of the pre-season.
"To play against people like that should be inspiring to them. They should want to see how far off that standard they are and why can`t they go and do that?"

Troy Archibald-Henville, Jay McEveley and Alan Navarro all miss out through injury. It is not known if any of the Spurs loanees will play against their parent club.
Our talisman striker needs to start scoring although rumours suggest he could soon be off.
Spurs are advertised to play their first team. They won 3-2 against Brentford over the weekend. Expect to see two different sides in each half as per normal with Spurs in pre-season.
Fans will come in their droves to watch world class superstar Gareth Bale who is expected to play. The welshman has been attracting the interest of Real Madrid in recent times.
Around 7,500 fans are expected to be at the match. Many Swindon fans are also Spurs fans so expect some cheering from the home sections when Spurs score.
Tottenham are going to win this by a mile. Swindon have lost to Banbury United and Forest Green Rovers. We need a miracle to even score a goal. This game will be more of an exhibition to build match fitness as far as Swindon go.
Town take on Birmingham City tomorrow night at the County Ground in another pre-season friendly.
