VITAL PREVIEW: Wolves

vs.
Swindon Town

Molineux

Swindon Town travel to Molineux to take on former Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Over the last two seasons things have gone from bad to worse for the midlands club who like Swindon Town suffered successive relegations from the Premier League to League One.

Kenny Jackett appears to have halted the slide and currently see's his side sit second in the table.

Vital Quotes:

"With the money comes added pressure and playing at home, if they`re not winning early on the pressure comes because people do expect them to walk it.

"If you take them pound for pound they`ve probably got the best squad. With the manager they`ve got they`ll get very close

Swindon Town Manager Mark Cooper

Wolverhampton Wanderers Team News:

Wolves currently sit second in League One with 13 points. Wolves are coming off a 3-1 victory at local rivals Port Vale last weekend. Roger Johnson is one player who won't feature as he prepares a move to Sheffield Wednesday on loan for the season.

Player to watch: Sam Ricketts

The Welsh International is current captain of the club and will be out to ensure his team continues their impressive start to the campaign.

Swindon Town Team News:

Harry Agombar and Alex Smith will miss the match through injury whilst Nathan Byrne serves the first match of a three match ban. Nicky Ajose could get the start for Town following the suspension of Byrne.

Player to watch: Grant Hall

The on loan Spurs defender will be keen to grow as a player keeping Wolves strikers at bay.

Match Facts & Stats

The last time both teams played it ended in a 0-0 draw in the Carling Cup however Town would go on to lose 6-5 on penalties.

Match Prediction:

At best we believe Town can get a draw which would be a cracking result.
