Histon 1 - Swindon Town 0

Glassworld Stadium

8/11/2008, 3pm K.O

Attendance:

Histon 1, Swindon Town 0

Histon pull of a shock FA Cup victory over Swindon Town after a Danny Wright strike that sends Histon through to round two over a poor looking Swindon Town side.

Town were very poor and if you didn't know, it looked as if Histon were the team in the Football League.

The game was very poor and I for one could not stand to watch the standard of football on display. The ball was on the ground for a total of about 5 minutes all game in an embarrassing waste of an afternoon if you are a Town fan.

We would rather not say much about the match, however Histon's victory was well deserved and we wish them well in Round 2.Do you think that the result was a fair reflection of the match?
