Swindon Town are the 2011/12 nPower League Two champions after beating Port Vale 5-0 at the County Ground to spark wild celebrations.

Immense as an attacking player, Showed glimpses of the player that Spurs bought from Palace. Would love to see him back.

Consistantly the best striker Town had all season, good to end last home game of the season with a goal.

Tough tackling midfielder slotted in nicely into the side.

Not on long enough to really judge.
