Swindon Town Beat Stoke City 4-3

Swindon Town pull off a Capital One Cup shock by beating Premier League side Stoke City in extra time at the Britannia Stadium.

Town headed into Half time 2-0 up thanks to a brace from James Collins who opened his Town account.

Stoke came out for the second half determined to avoid an embarrassing second round exit as Kenwyne Jones and Jonathan Walters erased the arears for the home team.

Town took the lead in extra time thanks to a header from Aden Flint prior to Half Time in extra time.

Town thought it wasn't going to be there night despite Stoke playing with ten men after Jamie Ness went off with a groin injury.

On 111 minutes former England International Peter Crouch levelled. With the game seemingly heading for penalties, James Collins sealed a famous win with 1 minute to go.
