Rubbish Swindon Lose 1-0

A Michael Rose free kick gives Colchester United a valuable three points against an absolutely rubbish Swindon Town side this evening at the County Ground.

Swindon started ok but Colchester ensured Town never got out of the starting blocks with a rubbish but effective hoof ball come head tennis match.

The game was a back and forward affair of head tennis until Town old boy Michael Rose scored a free kick to take the three points back to Essex.

The less said about this game the better really as the final whistle blew, boo's went around the County Ground as Rose who was subjected to some abuse by the Town End, mockingly clapped the Town support.
