Bury Beat Woeful Swindon

Swindon Town
0 - 1
Bury

County Ground

26/2/2013, 19:45

Attendance: 7,508 (95 Bury Fans)

Referee:

The less said about this game the better so, Bury`s Steven Schumacher scored a 20 minute goal which was enough to see off second place Swindon Town 1-0 at the County Ground last night.

Swindon wasted chance after chance and appeared to lack management or any sort of direction.

Town looked unorganised and lethargic and if nothing else the game highlighted the need for Town to appoint a manager ASAP otherwise see their automatic promotion hopes suffer.

After the match we were advised that caretaker managers Darren Ward and Tommy Miller are set to sit down with the clubs owners to discuss the way forward.

Star Player

The County Ground announced Alan McCormack as Man of the Match however whoever voted were clearly watching another match. Our Man of the Match would be Andy Williams. He didn't score but he did run his socks off.
