Swindon Town's chance of automatic promotion to the nPower Championship whilst not mathematically impossible, was ended last night with a poor 2-0 loss to their bogey team the MK Dons.

Manager Kevin MacDonald once again stuck with his 5-4-1 formation and once again his team really failed to create anything apart from a goal from Andy Williams that was ruled to be offside.

Mathias Doumbe and Ryan Lowe scored two second half goals in front over 1,200 Swindon fans to see Town drop 3 more points.

Whilst it was a poor performance Town are still in the playoff places with 4 games to play.
