Swindon Miss Out On Wembley Trip

Swindon Town will not be heading back to Wembley after losing on penalties thanks to an absolutely rubbish penalty by Tijane Reis.

Heading into the match the teams were level 2-2 on aggregate.

Alex Pritchard gave Town the lead on 34 minutes and it stayed that way until 75 minutes when Britt Assombalonga scored the equaliser.

Town sat back with a lack of strikers and at one stage didn't play any strikers up front when Dany N'Guessan came off on 81 minutes after huffing and puffing.

Swindon Town Penalties

Yaser Kasim - Scored
Alex Pritchard - Scored
Troy Archibald-Henville - Scored
