A Blair Sturrock goal ensures that Swindon get a share of the points this afternoon at Whaddon Road. In Truth this was a game Swindon should have won 3 or 4-1.
Swindon Town had most of the possession in the first half as well as most of the chances.
Blair Sturrock would score Swindon's goal on the 35th minute which must have brought a sigh of relief to the striker who had been getting some grief from the away support.
The game was mostly all Swindon in truth as the large vocal Swindon support cheered their team on.
Swindon looked destined for victory however an Ashley Vincent wonder goal to the top left of the Swindon goal 20 minutes from time gave Cheltenham a share of the points.
Swindon almost managed to snatch all three points, four minutes from time thanks to a instinctive Miguel Comminges shot which was spectacularly saved by Cheltenham keeper Shane Higgs.
Swindon were unlucky to draw here and the referee seemed pretty one sided booked Christian Roberts for a challenge on a loose ball misplayed by the Cheltenham keeper.
