Thanks to the guys over at Vital Posh for taking time to answer our questions. Be sure to visit their site by clicking here.

1) What are your hopes for the season?

promotion has to be the target, we were unlucky to be relegated last season as in any other season our points total would've seen us beat the drop comfortably, but that's football. I think everything is in place for a successful campaign, but hard work is equally important, we know how hard it is to get out of this league.

2) Can Darren Ferguson lead you back to the Championship?

definitely, he's done it before and is capable of doing it again. However I think if we're under performing around Christmas time he could be in trouble...

3) Who is Peterborough's key player this season?

Lee Tomlin, he put a decent amount of goals and assists in last season and has played well in pre-season. He's come back skinnier and fitter than he's ever been, and he'll be crucial to what will hopefully be a promotion campaign for us.

4) Which player would you happily drive to his next club?

I'm sure 99% of Posh fans would agree with me; Tyrone Barnett. We can drive him to Swindon if you'd like? He's incapable of putting the ball in the goal, and for a big man he just isn't strong enough. The worst million pounds Darragh MacAnthony has ever spent by far.

5) What do you know about Swindon Town?

That they're a good side on their day with a few good loanees from Spurs. But also about the money problems the club are facing. There seemed to never be a dull moment when Di Canio was in charge, most notably when he had that argument with Leon Clarke!

6) Which Swindon player would you love to have at The Posh?

I'd like Alex Pritchard back, very promising young player!

7) The Posh had Alex Pritchard on loan last season, he is at Swindon now. Tell us a bit about him!

He's a good player, good pace, can throw in a trick or two. He may be small but he's not afraid to get stuck in, and he started to perform very well for us towards the end of last season. Most Posh fans wanted him back for this season so it was disappointing for us to hear he'd signed for you, but he'll be a real asset to Swindon Town.

8) Would you have Pritchard back?

Definitely

9) Do you have any specific Peterborough/Swindon Town memories?

One of the more recent games, the last time we played you at London Road back in 2011, when we beat you 5-4. I remember being 3-0 up after about 25 minutes, then it somehow ended up being 3-3 at half time... We took the lead again before Charlie Austin made it 4-4 with a penalty. Then Kevin Amankwaah scored that own goal in the 93rd minute to give us the win... It was eventful to say the very least!

10) What is your prediction for Saturday?

I think Swindon are a good side but man for man I think our side looks stronger, Posh to win 3-1.
